Refunds and Cancellations

We pride ourself on our ability to make you giggle and therefore we hope we never have to issue refunds.
On the rare occassion that something goes wrong on our part, we will do our best to immediately rectify. Should we be unable to do this, we will issue a refund with sole discretion.
cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, this is no problem, just get in touch within 24 hours prior to your booking.
We do not issue refunds for cancellations, but if you contact us within 24 hours prior to your booking we will rebook you for another suitable date.

We welcome all feedback good and bad! Should you have any complaints please contact us below and we will endeavour to rectify.
