 You can book at tub through our Booking page on our website 

All tubs are placed on matting and therefore just require a level, sufficient sized area. They cannot be set on gravel or uneven surfaces due to potential damage.em.

 This is dependant on the hot tub you choose, please see below;

The Chuckle & The Giggler require a 2m x 2m area

The Belly laugh requires a 3m x 3m area

If you are adding a gazebo to your hire you will require a 3m x 3m space

No. You can hire the tub without the gazebo. However, in very high temperatures you can hire our  gazebo or  you will need a fully shaded area / your own gazebo. Additionally, if the wind levels are too high, we would not provide a gazebo and refund any monies paid previously.

 Yes, as long as you have a water supply within 20m of the location of the tub and an external, weatherproof, 13amp electricity source within 7 meters (we cannot use extension leads) then you are ready to go.

 Not too long! We will fully set up the tub and talk you through how to use and maintain during your hire - with minimum impact on your day.

They can take around 8-24 hours to heat up, depending on the size of tub and perhaps quicker if the weather is warmer. However, all tubs are set up on the day before you want to use it, so it is all ready for you.

 You can choose any temperature up to 40°C for your tub, dependent on your requirements. We will set the tub to 38°C and you can amend as you choose. The tub can drop a few degrees when the lid is off, bubbles are used and overnight. 

  Don’t panic! It is very simple. We will talk you through how to use the tub and provide you with instructions of how to add the chlorine* daily.

We ask that you avoid getting anything in the tub, for example; dirt, grass, mud, make up, skin creams, insects and body fluid. We also advise any long hair is tied up whilst using the tub.

*it is the responsibility of the customer to keep the chlorine in a safe place, out of the reach of children and add to the tub in accordance with the instructions given.

 Yes! The power needs to remain on for the duration of the hire period so the heater can operate and the water filtration system can function correctly.

 We have a minimum duration of 2 days, however if you wish to hire for longer, please get in touch. 

 The prices vary depending on the size of the hot tub and the duration of your hire. Please see our booking page.

 Delivery is the day before you wish to use the hot tub. We deliver between 8am and 5pm with 1 hour notice of arrival. 

 No, we can bring the tub through any standard door, however on collection the tub may be wet. We will of course minimise any dripping as much as possible, but cannot take any liability for a wet floor.

You or your representative will need to be avialble on the day of collection to provide access, but we will do the rest!

 No, once it is placed in situ it will remain in that position until the end of your hire. It can only be moved by giggle and fizz staff.
